Hastelloy foils have a composition that includes approximately 52% nickel, 22% chromium, 14% molybdenum, and 3% iron, with trace amounts of tungsten, cobalt, and manganese. The mechanical properties of Hastelloy foils include a tensile strength of around 690 MPa, a yield strength of 250 MPa, and an elongation of approximately 40%, offering a combination of strength, flexibility, and durability.
