Larger grades such as AH36, DH36, and EH36 show low carbon content (0.18–0.21%), fine alloy elements such as manganese, silicon, sulfur, phosphorus, niobium, vanadium and exhibit yield strengths of 235–236. 355 MPa and tensile strength of 490–620 MPa, where It has maximum hardness and shock resistance even at low temperatures this steel is highly weldable, making it ideal for hulls, decks and bulkheads. Compliance with classification standards ensures the reliability of those required in marine conditions.
